March 6: A grand online event 'Civil
Service Conclave' was organized today under the aegis of International
Relations Department of City Montessori School. Former CMS student and Member
of Rajya Sabha, Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi added to the dignity of the function with
his presence as the Chief Guest. The Conclave was joined by many eminent
personalities, who are former students of CMS and presently serving the country
as IAS, IFS, IPS, IRS officers. These eminent CMS alumni shared their
experiences of student life in CMS and their experiences as civil servants with
the current CMS students who dream of joining the coveted services. Earlier,
CMS Founder and renowned educationist Dr. Jagdish Gandhi warmly welcomed the
chief guest and other dignitaries.
In his address delivered on the
occasion, Chief Guest Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi expressed his happiness that CMS students are
spreading the philosophy of Jai Jagat to all corners of the world. He said that
the CMS alumni who are holding high positions today have a great responsibility
to contribute towards the welfare of the entire world, upliftment of world
humanity and realizing the spirit of Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam.
On this occasion CMS Founder Dr. Jagdish
Gandhi said that all
our former and present students are our pride. It is because of the hard work
of our students, teachers and parents that CMS is recognized the world over for
its great academic standards. CMS Founder-Director Dr. Bharti Gandhi,
CMS President & MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, CMS Chief Executive
Officer, Mr. Roshan Gandhi and Convener of 'Civil Service Conclave' and
Head of CMS International Relations Department, Dr. Shishir Srivastava,
also spoke on the occasion.
