Inculcate the values of charity in children from the beginning — Dr Jagdish Gandhi, renowned educationist and Founder, CMS


 

Lucknow, March 29: 'Divine Education Conference' of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I concluded today at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp of learning and  awarded prizes to the meritorious students of school, who performed brilliantly in annual examinations and other educational and extra-curricular activities. Addressing the large gathering of parents on this occasion, Dr Gandhi said that children are not born just to fulfill their own aims but for the fulfillment of a greater purpose. They are born to play important roles in life as obedient sons of Almighty God and serve the world, therefore, the divine virtues like honesty, “non-violence, justice and cooperation etc. should be instilled in children from the beginning.

            At the wonderful programme, while one one hand, students of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I presented devotional songs and dance performances, mesmerizing the audience, on the other hand, they showcased their talents through their presentations based on values, global thinking, service to the entire humanity of the world and excellence in everything.   Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Abha Anant said that CMS has taken upon itself, the responsibility to develop its students as 'Total Quality Persons' but it is only feasible with the help of parents. She thanked parents for coming to the function and inspiring the students.

Four bright CMS scholars win Gold Medals in Mathematics competition

  Lucknow, September 23 : Four brilliant students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II namely Siddhi Dwivedi, Yati Verma, Dwani Shukla and Abhinav Verma displayed profound knowledge of mathematics and won gold medals in Abacus competition bringing laurels to their school. The competition was organized by Brain Mantra, an Abacus and Vedic Math Learning Institute. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma.
