Lucknow, April 26 : Ayush Raghvendram, a
meritorious student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II has
brought laurels to the city of Lucknow by getting selected in the Pre-Regional
Mathematical Olympiad. The competition was organized under the aegis of Homi
Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE). This information has come from Mr
Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that outstanding
students from all over the country participated and showcased their knowledge
in this competition. In the midst of a tough competition, Ayush emerged
successful in this prestigious Olympiad, proving his Mathematical ability. He has credited this
success to his teachers and the educational environment in school. After his
success in the final stage of the competition, Ayush will get an opportunity to
represent the country in the International Mathematical Olympiad. CMS
Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Ayush and wished him success in his
future endeavours.
Mr Sharma said that realizing the
importance of scientific age, CMS is striving vigorously to develop a
scientific temper and global outlook in its students. With the aim of enhancing
the talents of its students, various international competitions are
organised by the school throughout the year, through which, the school provides
an opportunity to the students to showcase their talents on the international
stage, as well as instills confidence in them. This is the reason why CMS
students are increasing the pride of Lucknow by earning success in various
national and international competitions.
