Spiritual teaching develops knowledge and wisdom in children — Dr Jagdish Gandhi,

Lucknow, April 4 : City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II organized Divine Education Conference today in a grand manner and joyous atmosphere at the auditorium of CMS Kanpur Road campus. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Dr Gandhi said that the basis of World Unity and World Peace is knowledge, wisdom, spiritual perception and eloquent speech. If we instil the qualities of spiritual perception in children at an early age, then they will naturally develop such virtues which lead to enhancement of knowledge and wisdom. They will be able to distinguish between right and wrong and make correct choices, judgements and decisions in life. We must not only implant Divine qualities in children with love and understanding but also teach them proper self expression to convey and spread these ideas.

On this occasion, students presented several colourful educational-cultural items spreading the message of unity and spirituality that kept the parents and guardians enthralled. They mesmerized the august gathering of parents and guardians with powerful presentations on Universal values, Global understanding, Service to the humanity and Excellence in all things. It truly made CMS's effort to include parents in school activities through 'Divine Education Conference' a big success. On this occasion, the toppers of annual examinations, achievers in national and international competitive examinations and those who brought laurels in cultural activities and sports were felicitated on the stage.

Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus II, Ms Samvida Adhikari expressed her profound gratitude towards the parents and guardians and said that it was their support and cooperation which helped the school in fulfilling its objective of making each child a gift of God to mankind and a pride of the human race.
