CMS students awarded for outstanding performance in International English competition


 

Lucknow, June 4 : Five students of City Montessori School, United World campus have been awarded Certificates and Medals for their outstanding performance in the International English competition under the International Benchmark Test (IBT). Out of these, Ajeshveer, Bhavya Mandhyan, and Namrata Kalani have been awarded the ‘Certificate of High Distinction’ while Ashita Sharma and Nairitya Mishra were awarded ‘Certificate of Distinction’. This information was given by Shri Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer, CMS. Shri Sharma informed that these students presented an exceptional display of their knowledge in this English competition which saw the participation of students from about 17 countries under the International Benchmark Test (IBT). CMS founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi has congratulated these outstanding students and has wished them success in their future endeavours. This competition was organized under the aegis of Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) at the international level.

            Shri Sharma informed that the International Benchmark Test (IBT) conducted under the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), an official partner of UNESCO, is an internationally administered programme of assessments to compare student performance globally. The IBT tests are skill-based and do not follow any single national curriculum allowing students from all countries to be compared fairly. CMS is constantly engaged in enhancing students' self-confidence and developing their overall personality by encouraging them to participate in various creative competitions. It is due to these efforts that CMS students are constantly bringing laurels to the school at national as well as international levels.

Outstanding performance of Akriti Singh of CMS in NEET 2024

Lucknow, June 5: Students of City Montessori School have yet again recorded huge success in the NEET Exams 2024 with as many as 96 of them securing place above the cut off percentage on the national merit list and becoming eligible for admission to top Medical Colleges of India. Among these, Akriti Singh of CMS Kanpur Road Campus scored 701 marks out of a total of 720 marks and secured All India Rank 1597 bringing laurels to the school. 18 CMS students secured 99 percentile and above marks in the aforesaid exam creating history yet again. Out of these, 9 secured national ranks above 7300 and the remaining 9 secured rank under 20000. Lucknow, March 5 : City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, successfully organized the grand ‘Divine Education Conference’ today at the school auditorium. The Chief Guest, Shri Harsh Singh, IPS, inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
