Lucknow kids grab two medals in National Hindi Olympiad


 

Lucknow, June 22 : Two talented students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, Vidit Singh (class IV) and Dhatri Tiwari (class VI) have brought laurels to the city by securing a silver and a bronze medal respectively in National Hindi Olympiad. The Olympiad was organized under the auspices of Hindi Utkarsh Mandal, Delhi. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that students of several noted schools of India participated in this Olympiad. Vidit and Dhatri showcased great talent and proved that each student of our nation must be well versed in his mother tongue to achieve success in the modern age and the knowledge of Hindi language is also necessary for imbibing moral values. The organizers rewarded them with medal and certificates appreciating their knowledge and talents.

            Mr Sharma said that CMS endeavours to bring out multifarious talents of students to empower them to pace ahead firmly and steadily in life with various creative and innovative skills by providing them opportunities to participate in different competitions. CMS aims at imparting such education to children that can prepare them as world leaders so that they lead the world with their broadened humanistic approach. It has enabled  CMS students to win  maximum number of prizes in different national and international competitions and bring laurels for the state and the nation. These students credit the peaceful and divine atmosphere of the school and its expert and experienced teachers for their success.

Lucknow, April 30 : Over 500 students from various cities of the country including Lucknow, Dehradun, Mussoorie, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Prayagraj and Chandigarh participated in the second and last day of the Model United Nations (MUN) conference organized by City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I at the school premises today. Lucknow, 10 February : Tiny tots of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus spread the colours of unity in diversity at the Sports Day of their Campus held here today at the Northern Railway Stadium in Charbagh, Lucknow.
