CMS student grabs gold in shooting competition

Lucknow, September 22 : Sundaram Singh, a talented student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I brought glory to the institution by winning the gold medal in shooting championship held in Mussorie. He has bagged this coveted Gold Medal in Under 17 category 'Peep Sight Rifle shooting' competition. The championship was organized under the aegis of Association of Schools for Indian School Certificate (ASISC) wherein selected young shooters from various noted schools of UP participated. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that amidst tough competition, Sundaram of CMS showcased exemplary talent, technical knowledge, movement and trigger control skills in competition indicating a potential to make his mark at the national and international level. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi wished them a bright future ahead.

Mr Sharma informed that excellence at CMS is not limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting a holistic education to its students which contributes in their all-round development.

CMS teacher awarded Global Teacher Award

Lucknow, January 7: Ms Nitasha Garg, a teacher of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II has brought laurels to the city by winning the 'Global Teacher Award' at the international level. This honour has been conferred upon her for her remarkable innovations in teaching methodology and her special efforts to develop a global outlook among the children.
