9 September : Harshita Yadav and Hamza Siddiqui, students of City Montessori
School, Chowk Campus brought laurels to the school by winning Gold Medals in
the 18th District Inter School Taekwondo Championship. While on one hand,
Harshita secured the gold in 47.5 Kg category, Hamza Siddiqui dominated in the
55.5 Kg category winning the gold medal. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi
expressed happiness on this achievement of CMS students, and wished them a
bright future ahead. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief
Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that participants from
various schools of Lucknow showcased their exemplary skills in this Championship,
wherein, amidst tough competition, these CMS students displayed tremendous
stamina and skills and earned Gold Medals. Mr Sharma informed that excellence
at CMS is not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their
mark at national and international levels in sports, music, dance, and various
other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting holistic education to
its students, which contributes to their all-round development.
