7 October : Prakhar Pandey and Daksh Gautam, students of City Montessori
School, Gomti Nagar Campus II brought laurels to the school by winning two Gold
Medals in the Inter School Taekwondo Championship held in Greater Noida.
Prakhar won the gold in the senior category while Daksh won the gold in the
junior category. The championship was organized under the aegis of the
Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC). CMS Founder,
Dr Jagdish Gandhi expressed happiness on this achievement of CMS students, and
wished them a bright future ahead. This information has come from Mr Hari Om

Sharma informed that selected participants from various schools of state
showcased their exemplary skills in this Championship, wherein, amidst tough
competition, these CMS students displayed tremendous stamina and skills and
earned Gold Medals. Mr Sharma informed that excellence at CMS is not just
limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and
international levels in sports, music, dance, and various other fields. This is
because CMS believes in imparting holistic education to its students, which
contributes to their all-round development.
