CMS Anand Nagar Campus organizes Mini Sports Day

Lucknow, 18 December : The 'Mini Sports Day Celebration' of City Montessori School, Anand Nagar Campus was held with great pomp and show at the Homeguards Ground, Anand Nagar today. On this occasion, students of pre-primary, primary and junior sections mesmerized the audience by displaying their extraordinary sporting skills and spread the message of 'India Fit & Young' through physical fitness activities. Earlier, the Chief Guest, Shri R. K. Azad, Senior Staff Officer, Home Guards Headquarters, inaugurated the Sports Day by lighting the Sports Mashal. He inspired the children to adopt good moral values and spread the ideals of World Unity, Peace and Harmony through games and sports.

               The sports day commenced with the All Religion and World Unity Prayers. A stiff competition was seen amongst the participants to score medals in various sports competitions and the students gave their best showcasing their strength, stamina, and talent. Students displayed their agility and sporting talents in Hurdle Race, Zig Zag Ball and Stick Race, Sack Race, 5 Leg Race, Balloon and Glass Race, Football and Stick Race, 50m Race, 100m Race, 200m Race, 400m Race, 800m Race and 4x10m Relay Race etc. Besides, the talents of students was worth watching in Hoop Drill, Flag Drill, Yogasana, Aerobics, Musical Chair etc. The winning students were awarded certificates, medals and shields.Principal of CMS Anand Nagar Campus, Ms Reena Soti said that such sporting events are necessary for physical and intellectual development of students. Therefore, such events promote cooperation, boost self-confidence and inspire the students to give their best in life.

CMS students win 12 medals including 4 Gold in Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha

Lucknow, February 18: Students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II brought pride to the institution by securing 12 medals including 4 Gold, 4 Silver and 4 Bronze Medals in the prestigious Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha organized by Gayatri Teerth, Shantikunj, Haridwar. Lucknow, March 5 : City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, successfully organized the grand ‘Divine Education Conference’ today at the school auditorium.
