CMS students win gold in National Computer Competition


 

Lucknow, January 18 : Four brilliant students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, Shreyansh Pratap Sonkar, Krishdeep Singh, Himanshu and Pratyusha brought laurels to the institution winning the gold medal in Compudon Junior - National Championship on Digital Literacy. The competition was organized under the aegis of Cyber Learning Educational Society. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that students from various noted schools participated in this championship, wherein these CMS students earned gold medal with their outstanding performance. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi wished these students very bright future ahead.

            Mr Sharma informed that CMS encourages its students to achieve new heights of excellence by developing a scientific and global outlook. The institution organizes several international events to develop the global outlook and knowledge of students through competitions in science, maths, computers, robotics, astronomy, music, sports and games throughout the year. These international events not only help the students to showcase their talents at the global level, but also increase the self-confidence of the students. As a result, CMS students have set a high standard of achievement and added many feathers to the CMS cap of glory.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. This competition was organized under the aegis of Rotary Elite Club, Lucknow. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma. He added that students of various reputed schools participated in this prestigious quiz competition in which the CMS team emerged winner demonstrating its awareness towards the environment. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity. The programme began with the school prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer.
