CMS student wins first prize in painting contest


 

Lucknow, 27 February : Insha Khan, a talented student of class IX, City Montessori School, Station Road Campus brought laurels to the institution by winning first prize in an inter-school painting competition. The competition was organized on the theme 'One Earth, One Family, One Future' under the 'Li'L Chitrakar Painting Competition' by True Observing India. In this competition, Insha used her artistic talent and imagination and painted an inspirational painting that brought her the first prize. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that the students of various reputed schools participated in this competition. Insha not only showcased the beauty of nature through her artwork but gave a message of unity and peace while expressing concern over the deadly arms race growing in the world. The organizers awarded her with a trophy, certificate and attractive gift. CMS Founder, Dr. Jagdish Gandhi blessed this talented student of the school with a bright future ahead.

            Mr Sharma informed that CMS always motivates its students to move ahead and perform with excellence by participating in innovative and creative competitions and chisel their skills in different fields. The unique teaching methodology of CMS prepares its students to win various national and international prizes in contests and bring laurels to the institution.

Lucknow, 10 February : Tiny tots of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus spread the colours of unity in diversity at the Sports Day of their Campus held here today at the Northern Railway Stadium in Charbagh, Lucknow.
