DM Shri Surya Pal Gangwar unveils Logo and Poster of International Children's Film Festival

Lucknow, March 24 : The Festival Logo and Poster of the world's biggest 12th International Children's Film Festival (ICFF-2023) organized by City Montessori School, was unveiled today at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Chief Guest, Shri Surya Pal Gangwar, IAS, District Magistrate of Lucknow, inaugurated the function amidst a scintillating educational-cultural programme and unveiled the festival logo and festival poster of ICFF-2023. Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest, Shri Gangwar, said that Children's Film Festival is a golden opportunity for the students, teachers, parents and all the citizens of Lucknow as they can enjoy the best children's films of the world free of charge as well as understand the varied culture and customs of the world here.

            The unveiling ceremony was followed by a press conference, wherein the CMS Founder, Dr. Jagdish Gandhi briefed the press personnel about the aims and objectives of this mega event. He said that this film festival is an integral part of education and not a mere means of entertainment Dr Gandhi further stated that this Children's Film Festival being organized from 10 to 18 April, is absolutely free of charge for one and all. There will be two shows daily from 9 am to 12 noon and 12 noon to 3 pm. Screening of films will held at Main Auditorium of CMS Kanpur Road as well as the 8 mini theaters located here. Besides, several leading Bollywood personalities and child actors comprising Mr Sudesh Berry,TV & Film Artiste;  Mr Harish Bhimani, TV Voiceover Artiste and Anchor; Ms Nishigandha Wad, Film Actress & Author, Dev Joshi, TV Artiste; Anahita Bhooshan, TV Artiste and many more will be registering their presence at the film festival to motivate and inspire the young viewers.

            Mr R K Singh, HOD, CMS Films Division and Festival Director of ICFF-2023 informed that cash prizes worth Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) will be awarded to the Best Children's Films under various categories. Mr Singh further stated that until now nearly one lakh students of over 500 schools from Lucknow and nearby areas have been registered for viewing 12th ICFF 2023. CMS has made elaborate arrangements for all the students. He hoped that this 12th International Children's Film Festival will also prove to be a milestone in the history of children's films.

CMS tableau to give the message of respect for all religionsat this years Republic Day parade

  Lucknow, January 8 : The CMS tableau to be taken out this Republic Day, on 26th January will give the message of ‘Respect for all religions’ to the general public. Mayor applauds the multi-faceted talents of CMS students in Radio programme

  Lucknow, July 29 : Students of various CMS campuses presented educational radio programmes from the Community Radio Station of City Montessori School on the occasion of National Broadcasting Day. Mayor of Lucknow, Mrs Sanyukta Bhatia who was the chief guest on the occasion, while applauding the performance of CMS students, said that they are making the city proud with their multi-faceted talents besides their academic excellence.
