Value-based education can alone make students Ideal World Citizens — Dr Jagdish Gandhi

Lucknow: March 31 : Addressing a gathering at the 'Divine Education Conference' organized by City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus II at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, the CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that value-based education guides students throughout their lives. If we want to make a good future of the child, then we have to impart value-based education to them. He appealed to the parents to provide a devotional and well-cultured atmosphere at home. Ahead of this, Dr Gandhi inaugurated the function ceremoniously by lighting the lamp of learning.

            Divine Education Conference concluded in a happy and joyous atmosphere. All Religion Prayer and World Peace Prayer were performed by the students. The children showcased their talents through music and dance. They presented meaningful talks on values, global thinking, serving the entire humanity and excellence in everything. The occasion became even more joyous with the happy faces of the prize-winners in class examinations and in various contests held throughout the year. Principal of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II, Mrs Shameem Singh expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards parents and guardians.

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. When students are imparted holistic and meaningful education with human values, only then can mankind progress ahead.
