Thousands of students benefit from childrens educational cinema at the Film Fest

Lucknow, April 17 : The 8th day of the 9-day International Children's Film Festival (ICFF-2023) organized by City Montessori School at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, overflowed with the joy and enthusiasm of thousands of students. Nearly 12000 students from various schools of Lucknow and surrounding areas took inspiration from educational children's films today and the whole day was buzzing with wonderful films packed with good healthy entertainment and a dose of human values. The very presence of renowned actress Ms Himani Shivpuri, Voiceover Artiste Mr Harish Bhimani and Child actors Aditi Jaiswal and Rubal Jain added glamour to this International Children's Film Festival and thousands of students lined up to warmly welcome these renowned artists.

            Renowned character artiste, actress Ms Himani Shivpuri and popular voiceover artiste Mr Harish Bhimani met the journalists at a press conference held in the afternoon today. Talking to journalists, they opined in one voice that children's films and TV serials lack both in quantity and quality and this festival is a wonderful initiative to create awareness in this direction. They happily affirmed that the educational films will definitely have a positive effect on children's minds and this festival will surely achieve its goal. Chairman of the Film Festival and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi, said that this festival was a historic event as it inspired the students, especially the youth, to learn about character building and universal values.

CMS tableau to give the message of respect for all religionsat this years Republic Day parade

  Lucknow, January 8 : The CMS tableau to be taken out this Republic Day, on 26th January will give the message of ‘Respect for all religions’ to the general public. This inspirational tableau based on the theme ‘Ishwar, Allah, Wahe Guru, Chahe kaho Sri Ram, Malik sabka ek hai, alag-alag hain naam’ will propagate the message to the public to imbibe the spirit of ‘respect for all religions’ and ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam’ and make an appeal for a world order which is full of love, compassion and cooperation. Mayor applauds the multi-faceted talents of CMS students in Radio programme

  Lucknow, July 29 : Students of various CMS campuses presented educational radio programmes from the Community Radio Station of City Montessori School on the occasion of National Broadcasting Day. Mayor of Lucknow, Mrs Sanyukta Bhatia who was the chief guest on the occasion, while applauding the performance of CMS students, said that they are making the city proud with their multi-faceted talents besides their academic excellence.
