CMS student bags gold medal in International Mathematics Olympiad


 

Lucknow, 13 May : Rishabh Agarwal of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I won the gold medal in Unified International Mathematics Olympiad bringing name and fame to the city of Lucknow. The Olympiad was organized under the aegis of Unified Council, New Delhi. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Rishabh for his efforts and winning the gold medal and wished for his future success in life. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of City Montessori School, Shri Hari Om Sharma. Shri Sharma stated that students of several countries had participated in the aforesaid Olympiad and amidst the tough competition, Rishabh’s talent shone bright leading him to win the gold. For the future too, the country has high hopes of this young mathematician. The organizers were all praise for Rishabh and rewarded him with a gold medal, certificate of excellence and cash prize. Rishabh gives credit for his outstanding success to the inspiration of his parents and teachers as well as the peaceful study environment of the school.

               Shri Sharma said that the school is taking steps to make the students develop a scientific temper and a global viewpoint in this age of science and innovation. It is for this reason that CMS students are way ahead of others in terms of scientific achievement and competition. They have won honour and awards in various national and international competitions at national and international level glorifying the name of their state and country.

CMS tableau to give the message of respect for all religionsat this years Republic Day parade

  Lucknow, January 8 : The CMS tableau to be taken out this Republic Day, on 26th January will give the message of ‘Respect for all religions’ to the general public. Mayor applauds the multi-faceted talents of CMS students in Radio programme

  Lucknow, July 29 : Students of various CMS campuses presented educational radio programmes from the Community Radio Station of City Montessori School on the occasion of National Broadcasting Day. Mayor of Lucknow, Mrs Sanyukta Bhatia who was the chief guest on the occasion, while applauding the performance of CMS students, said that they are making the city proud with their multi-faceted talents besides their academic excellence. The students utilized the occasion to put several questions to the mayor, who also participated in the live programme.
