International Interfaith Conference at CMS from July 14

Lucknow, 11 July : City Montessori School, Asharfabad Campus is organizing a three-day International Inter-faith Conference at CMS Kanpur Road Campus from 14 to 16 July 2023. Giving detailed information about this forthcoming international event, the CMS Founder, a prominent follower of Baha’i religion, said that the goal of World Unity and World Peace can be realized only when there is religious harmony, goodwill and respect for all the religions of the world.

               Addressing the press conference, Dr Jagdish Gandhi further said that several religious scholars, philosophers, educationists and visionaries from India and abroad are arriving here at Lucknow to participate and share their views at this significant event. Among them are Shri Ram Madhav, Member, National Executive, Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh; Shri Prabhu Chawla, Senior Journalist &Editorial Director, The New Indian Express; Shri Sudhanshu Trivedi, National Spokesperson, BJP; Hon. Justice Adel Omar Sherif, Deputy Chief Justice, Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt; Padma Shri Janak Palta McGilligan, Director, Jimmy McGilligan Centre for Sustainable Development; Ms. Rubika Liyaquat, Vice President, Bharat 24 News Channel; Shri Rahul Dev, Senior Journalist; Ms Lalitha Kumaramangalam, Senior  BJP Leader; Dr Neerja A Gupta, Vice-Chancellor, Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies, Madhya Pradesh; Dr.Madhu Khanna, Professor, Jamia Millia Islamia; Dr Nabil Abdel Fatah, Director, Centre of Social and Historical Studies, Egypt; Rabbi Ezekiel Isaac Malekar, Head of Jewish Community in India and many more. Apart from these, religious leaders of different religions from Delhi and Lucknow will also participate in this conference.

               CMS President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon also addressed the press reporters saying that whilst the world has progressed tremendously in recent years, we must also take our values with us for all round progress in a real sense. Problems like global warming, poverty, hunger, illiteracy and environmental degradation pose a great challenge for mankind and we must leave our petty differences aside to solve these issues. This Conference will go a long way in creating religious unity, understanding and harmony so that we can work together for a better world with a sustainable future. Convenor of International Interfaith Conference and Principal of CMS Asharfabad Campus, Mrs Trapti Dwivedi said that the theme of the Conference is 'Unity of Thought among Religions, for a Better World'. She expressed hope that this international conference will be helpful in creating an awareness in the whole world to realize the noble aim of World Unity and World Peace.

Lucknow, March 5 : City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, successfully organized the grand ‘Divine Education Conference’ today at the school auditorium. Four bright CMS scholars win Gold Medals in Mathematics competition

  Lucknow, September 23 : Four brilliant students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II namely Siddhi Dwivedi, Yati Verma, Dwani Shukla and Abhinav Verma displayed profound knowledge of mathematics and won gold medals in Abacus competition bringing laurels to their school. The competition was organized by Brain Mantra, an Abacus and Vedic Math Learning Institute. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma.
