CMS student wins gold medal in State Roll Ball Championship


 Lucknow, September 29 : Hammad Afsar, a talented Class XI student of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus has made the city proud by winning the gold medal in the 16th State Roll Ball Championship. Hammad has won this gold in the under-17 category. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that this championship was organized in Ghaziabad under the aegis of the UP Roll Ball Sports Association, in which a large number of budding sportspersons from different schools of the state participated. In the midst of tough competition, this brilliant CMS student exhibited excellent roll ball control ability and showed that he is capable of making a mark at national and international levels with his outstanding sports talent, technical skill, agility and stamina. CMS Founder Dr. Jagdish Gandhi blessed this talented young sportsperson of the school. Mr. Sharma informed that CMS students excel not only in the academic field but also in sports and many other areas, and are bringing laurels to the school at national as well as international level. It is because apart from their intellectual development, CMS is constantly engaged in preparing its students for various games and sports.

Lucknow, 10 February : Tiny tots of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus spread the colours of unity in diversity at the Sports Day of their Campus held here today at the Northern Railway Stadium in Charbagh, Lucknow. Talents sprinkled forth through races, drills and fitness exercises performed by students.
