CMS girls dominate winning Trophy in Taekwondo


 

Lucknow, 7 October : Talented students of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II established their supremacy in UP Open Taekwondo Championship-2023 winning the championship trophy in Under-14 girls category, bringing glory to the institution. The tournament was organized by the Lucknow Sports Taekwondo Association wherein CMS Girls won 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 1 bronze medal. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that students from various noted schools of Lucknow participated in this championship and amidst tough competition CMS players exhibited their martial  arts abilities in taekwondo and won the trophy holding a promise of winning medals at national and international level in future.

            Mr Sharma further stated that CMS promotes sports and other extra-curricular activities besides imparting quality education to its students because academics and sports both are necessary for the holistic progress of students. Therefore, CMS encourages its students to participate in various competitions which help them shine nationally and internationally.

CMS students win 12 medals including 4 Gold in Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha

Lucknow, February 18: Students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II brought pride to the institution by securing 12 medals including 4 Gold, 4 Silver and 4 Bronze Medals in the prestigious Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha organized by Gayatri Teerth, Shantikunj, Haridwar.
