20 October : Prisha Srivastava, a talented student of Class II, City Montessori
School, Station Road Campus, brought
laurels to her school and city by winning a Gold Medal in Open National
Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship
was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over
5000 athletes from across the country participated. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish
Gandhi expressed happiness on this achievement of Prisha and wished her a
bright future ahead. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations
Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr
Sharma informed that Prisha displayed tremendous potential in martial arts and
earned a Gold Medal proving her ability to outshine any opponent in this game
of stamina and skill on the national and international front. Mr Sharma informed that excellence at CMS is
not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their presence
felt. sports, music, dance, and various other fields. This is because CMS
believes in imparting holistic education to its students, which contributes to
their all-round development.
