Aryama Shukla, bestowed with extraordinary talent meets the Governor, Smt. Anandiben Patel, blessings from the Governor


 

Lucknow, 30 December : Aryama Shukla, gifted with extraordinary talents, student of Class III, City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II was showered with praise and blessings by the Governor of UP, Her Excellency, Smt. Anandiben Patel, thus bringing laurels to the institution. Aryama displayed her mastery over the Sanskrit language and proved her intellect, sharp memory and deep understanding of the Sanskrit language and literature by reciting difficult shlokas from the Hindu religious texts with correct precision and pronunciation. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS Mr Hari Om Sharma. Shri Sharma said that at the age of eight, Aryama knows by heart all the 700 shlokas of the 18 Chapters of the  Song Divine, the Srimad Bhagwad Geeta depicting the teachings of Lord Krishna, by heart and she can recite them, in two hours' time. Besides the Geeta, Aryama also knows the shlokas of Sri Ram Sahastranaam, Mahishasur Mardini Strotam, Shiv Tandav and other religious texts in Sanskrit by heart. Especially noteworthy is that the pronunciation of these shlokas is accurate and they are recited with full devotion and understanding making it a powerful rendition by this young intellectual. Aryama memorizes these shlokas after hearing them repeatedly. This young child prodigy has earlier been honoured and recognized at various forums. At different International Events organized by CMS, she has received five gold medals. On the whole, Aryama has emerged as a scholar par excellence, a role model for several young and aspiring students seeking spiritual progress and lifelong values.  CMS Founder-Director has wished the very best for Aryama in the near future and always.

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’.
