CMS Gomti Nagar organizes Annual Function in a grand fashion

Lucknow, December 28: The 'Annual Function' of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I turned out to be a great success and parents were thrilled to watch the blossoming talents of their children on stage as they sang and danced. The colourful cultural items, carrying the message of Unity in Diversity were greeted with loud clapping and applause by the eager parents and guardians. The Annual function was organized at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. Chief Guest, Ms. Aparna Kumar, IPS, I.G. Police, PAC, Central Zone, inaugurated the function ceremoniously by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the august gathering on this occasion, Ms Aparna Kumar said that we must start imparting lessons of morality to children at home in a loving and divine atmosphere because it will help children acquire a strong and trustworthy character leading to their all round progress later. Moreover, family unity will be helpful in establishing unity and peace in society.

            The programme began with 'All Religion Prayer' that filled the hearts of the audience with divine love and happiness. Several educational-cultural items presented by students viz welcome song, skit, orchestra, drill, qawwali, international dances and choir etc. were appreciated by one and all. Students also presented the World Parliament with the message to establish an Enforceable International Legal System.Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Abha Anant said on this occasion that the aim of CMS is to make every child both good and smart and this can only be attained with guidance by both parents and teachers. She appreciated the parents' cooperation in various school activities saying that such cultural and educational events are organized to train children to become world citizens and establish a happy world society.

CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises.
