CMS Station Road organizes Annual Parents Day with great pomp and show

Lucknow, December 23 : City Montessori School, Station Road Campus put up a grand show of talent at the Annual Parents Day celebrations held today at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Parents were thrilled to watch the educational-cultural items presented by the students on this occasion. Chief Guest, Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, Deputy Director General, UIDAI, inaugurated the function ceremoniously by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Shri Singh said that only disciplined children brought up in a cultured family atmosphere can lead the world. Such cultural and educational programmes are very important for the all round development of children.

            Parents Day celebrations began with All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer in which students raised the slogan 'May Peace Prevail on Earth' very effectively. After this, the cultural items like Prayer Dance, Welcome song, Choir, Skit, Qawwali, Folk dances and many more items were presented amicably and much applauded by the parents and guardians. Parents' participation in the programme was a special attraction and it greatly boosted the efforts of the students. Mothers of students also presented beautiful devotional songs which was much appreciated, on the other hand, the wonderful presentation of World Parliament was also worth watching. In all, the whole programme was successful in portraying the CMS philosophy of imparting Broader and Bolder Education for the 21st century.

            CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said on this occasion that such events inspire the parents to know the truth that theb home is the child’s first school. He urged the parents to create an environment of morality and spirituality at home and pave the way for establishment of an ideal society. At the end, Principal of CMS Station Road Campus, Mrs Deepali Gautam expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the parents and eminent guests.

CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. CMS tableau to give the message of respect for all religionsat this years Republic Day parade

  Lucknow, January 8 : The CMS tableau to be taken out this Republic Day, on 26th January will give the message of ‘Respect for all religions’ to the general public.
