Grand Christmas festivities and Open Day Celebrations at CMS Golf City

Lucknow, December 24 : A grand function was organized by City Montessori School, Golf City Campus to celebrate Christmas and Open Day at the school campus. Students exhibited their multi-sided genius which left the spectators awe-struck and overjoyed witnessing their talents. Earlier, the CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi lit the sacred lamp of learning to inaugurate the programme. In his address, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that with classroom study, such kinds of educational-cultural celebrations help to bring out the hidden talents of children and make studies a pleasure. They lead to the all-round development of students  by encouraging them to participate in different activities. He expressed his happiness at the mass participation of parents and guardians in this festival.. On this occasion, CMS President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon also motivated the students.

            In this grand function, while one one hand, the students displayed their talent in  singing, dancing, fashion show and many other attractive activities, on the other hand, students also participated in exciting and innovative activities, like the Space Adventure by Labrynbthe, Sports and Camp Adventure by Bagira and Family Football Fervour by Luckball Academy. The Workstations set-up by the students of Golf City stood testimony to the entrepreneurial spirit inherent in the school culture. Principal of CMS Golf City Campus, Mrs Reema Sethi said on this occasion that CMS is committed to imparting three kinds of education to children - material, human and divine which will make them Total Quality Persons. She expressed her gratitude to the parents for their whole hearted cooperation in school activities.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. This competition was organized under the aegis of Rotary Elite Club, Lucknow. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma. He added that students of various reputed schools participated in this prestigious quiz competition in which the CMS team emerged winner demonstrating its awareness towards the environment. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity. The programme began with the school prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer.
