Ali Zehra of CMS grabs the gold in Aquatics

Lucknow, 19 July : Ali Zehra, a talented Class XI student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I brought laurels to the institution by winning a gold medal in Lucknow District Sub-Junior and Junior Swimming Championship-2024. In this swimming championship, Ali Zehra bagged gold in 50 metres Breast Stroke event. The championship was organized by the Lucknow Amateur Aquatic Association at the swimming pool of Sports Authority of India, Kanpur Road. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon wished Ali Zehra a bright future ahead.This information has come from Mr Rishi Khanna, Public Relations Officer of CMS. He added that the best swimmers representing various public schools participated in it and amidst tough competition, Ali Zehra of CMS emerged the best, swimming her way to victory and seizing the gold medal.

               Mr Khanna further stated that CMS students are making waves in the field of games and sports besides excelling in academics at national and international level. This is because CMS gives rigorous training and regular practice by to its students under the tutelage of expert coaches who are specialists in their field. The institution believes that the school playground is the best training ground for students, empowering them with self-confidence, universal values, good sportsmanship and the desire to excel in life.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity. The programme began with the school prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer.
