31 July : Arslaan Sheikh, a Class II student of City Montessori School, Indira
Nagar Campus I brought laurels to the institution by winning a Gold medal in
the International Mathematics Olympiad organised by Science Olympiad
Foundation, New Delhi. This information has come from the Public Relations
Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna informed that students from several
countries participated in this prestigious Olympiad wherein amidst a tough
competition, Arslaan bagged the gold, displaying his acumen in solving
difficult mathematical problems. The organizers awarded him a certificate along
with the medal for his outstanding achievement. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi
Kingdon wished a very bright future to this talented student.
Mr Khanna said that CMS always
encourages its students to enhance their versatility by participating in
various competitions. As a result, CMS students are making the state and the
country proud by winning more and more prizes in various national and
international competitions.
