Naman of CMS wins 5 medals including one gold in Athletics competition

Lucknow, 24 July : Naman Bajpai, a talented student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I brought laurels to the institution by winning 5 medals, comprising 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal at Zonal Athletic Meet. The Meet was organized under the aegis of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, wished a bright future to this upcoming talent of CMS. This information was given by Mr Rishi Khanna, Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Khanna stated that while on one hand, Naman bagged gold in 1500m race, on the other hand, he grabbed 3 Silver medals in 800m race, 4x100 relay and 4x400m relay race. Similarly, he won a bronze medal in Triple Jump. Mr Khanna further stated that the best athletes from noted schools of Lucknow zone participated in this competition and amidst tough competition, Naman bagged 5 medals displaying tremendous skill and stamina.

Mr Khanna further informed that CMS students are creating new milestones in the field of games and sports besides academics at national and international level. The school trains its students in various games and sports through rigorous practice by expert coaches at all CMS campuses.
