4 CMS students secure scholarships worth Rs 16 lakhs by Govt. of India


 

Lucknow, August 21 : Four brilliant students of City Montessori School, RDSO Campus namely Sadhika Goel, Anushka Yadav, Ujjwal Kumar and Nikita Yadav have been awarded scholarship worth Rs 16 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. These students have been offered this scholarship to pursue higher education in Sciences under which each student will receive Rs 80,000 per year for five years, thus totalling Rs. 4 lacs each. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. He added that these CMS students have secured this prestigious scholarship by figuring in the top 1% merit list in the country on the basis of their ISC (Class 12) percentage marks. These meritorious students credit their parents, teachers and the study environment in their school for their outstanding achievement.Mr Khanna stated that CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon congratulated all the students for their outstanding achievement and said that CMS creates opportunities for its students to qualify various competitive exams and pursue higher study from the best universities of India and abroad.
