CMS students grab 17 medals including 5 golds in Taekwondo

Lucknow, August 14 : Talented students of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus displayed their sports talent by winning a total of 17 medals including 5 Golds, 5 Silvers and 7 Bronze Medals in the ASISC UP and UK Zonal Taekwondo Championship 2024. This championship was organized under the aegis of the Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate Examination (ASISC) in which selected students of various schools participated. At this championship, the gold medallists of CMS Station Road Campus were Yashashvi Shri Rawat, Arpita Gupta, Racht Srivastav, Shoeb Ahmad and Sharnaya while the silver medallists comprised Khusbu Limbu, Manika Singh Yadav, Palak Sinha, Mohd Hamza and Antra Kasharwani. Apart from these, Himani Singh, Rida Javed, Shanaya Verma, Digvinay Singh, Arav Mohan Singh, Aarush Das and Anshika Singh bagged the bronze medals. This information was given by the CMS Public Relations Officer, Mr Rishi Khanna. He informed that students of various prestigious schools participated in this competition wherein amidst tough competition, these talented students of CMS Station Road Campus competed with full force and agility winning 17 medals, thus bringing name and fame to the city of Lucknow on the national and international front. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon congratulated and wished a bright future to these talented CMS gems.

          Mr Khanna informed that excellence at CMS is not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international level in sports, music, dance and other fields. CMS believes in imparting holistic education to its students, which contributes to their all-round development.

CMS tableau to give the message of respect for all religionsat this years Republic Day parade

  Lucknow, January 8 : The CMS tableau to be taken out this Republic Day, on 26th January will give the message of ‘Respect for all religions’ to the general public. Mayor applauds the multi-faceted talents of CMS students in Radio programme

  Lucknow, July 29 : Students of various CMS campuses presented educational radio programmes from the Community Radio Station of City Montessori School on the occasion of National Broadcasting Day. Mayor of Lucknow, Mrs Sanyukta Bhatia who was the chief guest on the occasion, while applauding the performance of CMS students, said that they are making the city proud with their multi-faceted talents besides their academic excellence.
