Govt of India awards Rs. 44 lakh scholarship to 11 CMS students

Lucknow, 6 August : As many as 11 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I have been awarded a scholarship of Rs 44 lakh by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs 4 lakh. The CMS students who have been shortlisted for this scholarship include Aastha Mathur, Anvesha Singh, Anikesh Agrawal, Pranjal Kumar Gupta, Ansh Pathak, Pushkar Awasthi, Shubham Krishna, Devansh Sharma, Madhuram Vatsal, Aastik Srivastava and Kinjal Singh. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon congratulated all these students for their outstanding achievement and wished them success in their future endeavours. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. He informed that this scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. These students credit their tremendous success to their parents, teachers and CMS's peaceful and divine atmosphere.


            Mr Khanna further informed that each of these 11 students will get Rs 80,000/- per year for five years, thus a total of Rs 4 lakh each, amounting to Rs 44 lakh scholarship for all the 11 students. These outstanding students of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I have performed excellently in the ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2024 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" merit list, thus becoming eligible for this prestigious scholarship.

Four bright CMS scholars win Gold Medals in Mathematics competition

  Lucknow, September 23 : Four brilliant students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II namely Siddhi Dwivedi, Yati Verma, Dwani Shukla and Abhinav Verma displayed profound knowledge of mathematics and won gold medals in Abacus competition bringing laurels to their school.
