Grand inauguration of 'International COFAS-2024' today


 

Lucknow, 22 August : The 4-day International Computer Olympiad  'COFAS-2024', being organized by City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I will be inaugurated ceremoniously tomorrow on Friday, 23 August 2024 at 4.00 pm at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. CMS students will be presenting scintillating educational-cultural items in honour of participating teams from India and abroad. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. He further stated that the participating students' teams from Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal and various states of India continued to arrive today for 'International COFAS-2024' and were accorded a warm welcome on their arrival at Lucknow.

            Mr Khanna further informed that the 'International COFAS-2024' is being organized from 23 to 26 August at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium and the students' teams from Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and various states of India have arrived here at Lucknow to participate in this mega event. Several exciting competitions such as Confabulor (Debate), Colesium (Drama), COFAS Doodle, Montage (Collage), Creators (Logo designing), Softek (Game designing), Teenovations (Science Model), Jeu Concours (Computer Quiz), Costek (Choreography) and Synthwave (Group singing) etc. will be held in junior and senior category during the 4 days of International COFAS-2024. These competitions will bring the talents of the students to the fore and boost their self-confidence. He expressed the belief that the event will encourage knowledge of computers and mould the minds of students towards globalism, World Unity and World Peace.

Four bright CMS scholars win Gold Medals in Mathematics competition

  Lucknow, September 23 : Four brilliant students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II namely Siddhi Dwivedi, Yati Verma, Dwani Shukla and Abhinav Verma displayed profound knowledge of mathematics and won gold medals in Abacus competition bringing laurels to their school.
