CMS Student wins Gold in Table Tennis Tournament


 

Lucknow, September 28 : Syed Mohammad Aman Rizvi, a talented Class IX student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I, brought glory to the school by winning a gold medal at the CISCE Regional Table Tennis Tournament held under the aegis of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations in Prayagraj. Aman showcased his exceptional sporting skills in the Under-17 category, securing the gold medal. CMS President, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, congratulated this rising table tennis star and wished him a bright future. This information was given by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head of the CMS Communication Department. Mr. Khanna informed that several selected students from prestigious schools across the state participated in this tournament and amidst tough competition, Aman demonstrated remarkable skills and strength, proving that he is determined to bring honour to the country on the international stage in the near future.

               Mr Khanna informed that excellence at CMS is not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, dance, and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting holistic education to its students, which contributes to their all-round development.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife.
