Prisha wins Gold in Taekwondo

Lucknow, September 30 : Prisha Pandey, a student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, has brought glory to the school by winning the gold medal in the Lucknow Open Inter-School Taekwondo Championship 2024. Prisha achieved this feat in the Kyorugi category. The championship was organized under the aegis of Sunrise Taekwondo Academy at the Mini Indoor Stadium, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, wished a bright future for this talented and emerging young sportsperson of the school. This information was given by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head of the CMS Communications Department. Mr. Khanna mentioned that several students from prestigious schools across Lucknow participated in the championship and showcased their sporting talent. Despite the stiff competition, this talented CMS student secured the gold medal through her sports skills, agility, and strength, sending a message of making a mark at both the national and international levels.

           Mr. Khanna further added that CMS students are excelling not only in academics but also in sports and other areas of society, bringing fame to the school at both the national and international levels. CMS is wholeheartedly dedicated to preparing its students for intellectual development as well as for sports and other social arenas.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. This competition was organized under the aegis of Rotary Elite Club, Lucknow. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity. The programme began with the school prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer.
