Arvita achieves Rank 1 globally in Astronomy Olympiad

Lucknow, 3 October : Arvita Singh, a talented Class III student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I, has brought name and fame to the city of Lucknow on International front by securing Rank 1 globally in the Labrynthe International Astronomy Olympiad 2024. In recognition of this remarkable achievement, Arvita was awarded Certificate of Excellence along with a telescope as prize. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, expressed her heartfelt happiness over Arvita's achievement and wished her a bright future. She also extended her deep gratitude to the Principal and teachers of school. This information was given by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head, Communication Department of CMS. Mr. Khanna informed that this prestigious Olympiad was organized by Labrynthe Private Limited, an educational institution wherein this brilliant young scientist of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, showcased her knowledge and skills in Astronomy and Space Science, competing against students from various countries worldwide. The organizers of the Olympiad praised Arvita's versatile talent extensively.

          Mr. Khanna mentioned that CMS is making tremendous efforts to provide its students with a scientific and global outlook, recognizing the importance of the scientific age. CMS organizes various international competitions throughout the year to nurture the talents of its students and give them a platform to showcase their skills globally. As a result of these efforts, CMS students are setting new records in various national and international competitions.

Lucknow, 10 February : Tiny tots of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus spread the colours of unity in diversity at the Sports Day of their Campus held here today at the Northern Railway Stadium in Charbagh, Lucknow.
