Arshi of CMS becomes 'State Champion' in Mental Arithmetic Competition


 

Lucknow, 11 November : Arshi Sharma, a talented student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I, has earned the title of "State Champion" in the state-level Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition, bringing pride to Lucknow. This competition was organized under the auspices of the Universal Concept of Mental Arithmetic System (UCMAS - UP Chapter). This information was given by Mr Rishi Khanna, Head, Communications, CMS. Mr. Khanna informed that the students from prestigious schools across the state participated in this competition and amidst tough competition, this talented CMS student demonstrated her mathematical prowess by accurately solving 200 questions in just 8 minutes, showcasing her intellectual and logical abilities. The organizers of the competition praised this mathematical genius of CMS awarding her the Champions Trophy. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, wished this talented student a bright future ahead.Mr. Khanna further informed that this competition aimed to focus on enhancing students' intellectual capabilities, quick problem-solving, and learning abilities. CMS continuously encourages its students to participate in various competitions held across the country and abroad. This is why CMS students consistently bring pride to the school by showcasing their diverse talents in various creative and constructive competitions.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’.
