CMS student team wins First Prize in National Group Singing Competition

Lucknow, 25 November : The 8-member student team of City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus has brought pride to Lucknow by securing the first prize in the National Group Singing Competition. This competition was organized under the aegis of the Bharat Vikas Parishad. This information was given by Mr Rishi Khanna, Head, Communications, CMS. Mr. Khanna informed that the students who enhanced the school’s prestige with their musical talent include Amrita Pal, Shankhini Chakrawal, Anabia Akram, Ananya Pandey, Avanya Shukla, Shaurya Sharma, Aviral Pratap Singh and Tanmay Upadhyay. These talented students made a lasting impression with their group singing among students from various prestigious schools and conveyed a unique message of our rich heritage, generous culture, unparalleled constitution, and the ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. The organizing committee honoured the winning team with a shield, certificates and other attractive gifts.

            Mr. Khanna added that CMS not only provides physical, social, and spiritual education to its students but also nurtures their interest in cultural and literary fields while recognizing and encouraging their talents. This is why CMS students excel academically and also carve a niche for themselves in fields like music, dance, literature, and art.
