Inauguration of ‘Intl. Students' Quality Meet’ at CMS today

Lucknow, 3 December : The four-day ‘International Convention on Students Quality Circles’ (ICSQC-2024), organized by City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, will be inaugurated tomorrow on Wednesday, December 4, at 4.00 pm at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, Chief Executive and Secretary, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest. On this occasion, CMS students will present a series of educational and cultural programs to honour the quality experts and participating students from India and abroad. This information was given by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head, Communications, CMS.

            Mr. Khanna further informed that participants, including students and quality experts from various countries, have already started arriving in Lucknow for this historic convention. The international guests received a grand welcome in Lucknow, and they expressed their delight and gratitude for the overwhelming hospitality.

               He added that ICSQC-2024 will be held from December 4 to 7 at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, with participation from 13 countries: the USA, the UK, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Qatar, Ireland, Bangladesh, Nepal, Mauritius, and India. During the convention, distinguished quality experts will share their insightful perspectives on promoting the concept of "quality in education," while student teams from various countries will showcase their knowledge and talents in a variety of competitions, such as case study presentations, quizzes, collage-making, debates, poster and slogan creation, and Nukkad Natak. Mr. Khanna highlighted that this international convention plays a vital role in fostering a sense of excellence in the younger generation while nurturing their creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity.
