International Sports, Arts and Music Competition (SAM 2024) concludes with grandeur

Lucknow, December 23 : The five-day International Sports, Arts and Music Competition (SAM-2024) jointly organized by Indira Nagar Campus II and Ayodhya Road Campus, came to a magnificent closing today. At a glittering 'Closing cum Prize Distribution'ceremony held at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, the winners of all the competitions from India and abroad were felicitated with shields, medals, and certificates.  In the junior category of the SAM Quizzers (Quiz) competition, the first prize was won by Ananda College, Colombo, Sri Lanka, while in the senior category, the first prize went to CMS Rajajipuram Campus I. Similarly, the first prize in the SAM Cuisine Connoisseurs (Fireless Cooking) competition was awarded to Hariharanand School, Haridwar. CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I secured the first prize in the SAM Grafitters (Doodle Making) competition. Ananda College, Colombo, won the SAM Melody Maestro (Instrumental Music) competition. The SAM Eco-Visualizers (Painting) competition’s first prize went to Delhi Public School, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, while CMS Rajajipuram Campus I claimed the first prize in the SAM Mellifluous Marshals (Martial Arts) competition. Lastly, the SAM Sculptors (3D Model Making) competition's first prize was bagged by Delhi Public School, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

            On the concluding occasion of SAM-2024, the convenor and Principal of Indira Nagar Campus II, Ms. Komal Valecha applauded the talent of the participating students and encouraged them to serve society as global citizens. She emphasized that this international event has proven instrumental in channeling the energy of the younger generation toward societal development. SAM-2024 Convenor and Principal of Ayodhya Road Campus, Ms. Nupur Dawra expressed her confidence that this event has successfully provided an international platform for students to showcase their inherent talents. She extended heartfelt gratitude to the participating students and team leaders for their enthusiastic participation.

CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
