Parents applaud children's talent at CMS Annual Function

Lucknow, December 24 : The parents were filled with joy and pride as they witnessed the multifaceted talents of their children at the 'Annual Function' organized by City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Extension Campus at its auditorium. A large number of parents enthusiastically cheered for their little ones, who showcased their talents with great enthusiasm. The event was formally inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Ms. Abha Kala, Chief Commissioner, Income Tax, by lighting the ceremonial lamp.

          Addressing the parents on this occasion, Chief Guest Ms. Abha Kala said that creating a better world for children begins at home. She urged the parents to provide an environment of morality and spirituality to pave the way for the establishment of an ideal global society. Praising the event, she stated that such cultural and educational programs are immensely beneficial for the development of students. Dr. Bharti Gandhi, Founder-Director of CMS, stated that the school endeavors to ensure that every child imbibes the values of world unity and peace both at home and school.

            The event commenced with an invocation and group song, which filled the atmosphere with spiritual light. This was followed by All Religion Prayer presented by the students extolling the glory of God. Subsequently, the students of the school mesmerized the audience with a rainbow of educational and cultural programs, including the school band, Cinderella – The Magic Beyond the Glass Slipper, The Eternal Saga of Shiva – The Adiyogi, Global Grooves, Medley of Melody and Rhythmic Beats. On this occasion, CMS students also drew attention to environmental issues with their impressive presentation of the World Parliament.

          Senior Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Campus, Ms. Manjit Batra, emphasized that the school’s goal of nurturing smart and well-rounded children can only be achieved with the cooperation of parents. She stated that CMS strives to prepare the younger generation to always remain committed to fulfilling their social responsibilities. Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Campus, Mrs. Sangeeta Banerjee, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the parents' support in various school activities.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. This competition was organized under the aegis of Rotary Elite Club, Lucknow. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity.
