CMS Gomtinagar Campus celebrates its Annual Sports Day

Lucknow, January 29 : City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I, organized a grand ‘Annual Sports Meet’ today at K.D. Singh Babu Stadium. On this occasion, the students showcased their remarkable sports talents, leaving the audience spellbound and proving that they possess the capability to face future challenges. The students demonstrated agility, strength, and sportsmanship through various competitions, along with spectacular performances in March Past, Aerobics, Drills, Taekwondo, and Yoga, highlighting their multifaceted talents. The victorious students were honoured with certificates, medals, and shields.

          Earlier, Dr. Suhas L.Y., IAS, Commissioner, Sports, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the sports meet. Encouraging the students, Dr. Suhas L.Y. emphasized the importance of setting big goals in life and expanding their vision to a global level. Praising the event, he said that such sports meets play a crucial role in the holistic development of the younger generation. Dr. Bharti Gandhi, Founder-Director of CMS and renowned educationist, stated that these young students possess immense potential, and she firmly believes that this new generation will bring about a revolution and unite the world as one.

            The program commenced with an All-Religion and World Peace Prayer, spreading the message of World Unity and World Peace. Following this, the scheduled competitions began, where young athletes put in their best efforts to win maximum medals. The Pre-Primary and Primary students enthusiastically participated in various races and drills, including Alien & Planet Race, Plate Power Drill, The Loopy Run, Nursery Race, Rainbow Rhythm Drill, Hurdle Hustle Race, Connect to Conquer Race, Zumba Drill, Dragon Race, Car Race, and many more. The parents cheered for the little participants, encouraging them with rounds of applause.

          On this occasion, Mrs. Abha Anant, Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, warmly welcomed the parents and said that CMS is committed to shaping its students into Total Quality Persons. She expressed confidence that this sports meet would help instill qualities such as team spirit, unity, cooperation, and mutual harmony among the students.

CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity.   Lucknow, January 8 : The CMS tableau to be taken out this Republic Day, on 26th January will give the message of ‘Respect for all religions’ to the general public.
