Students enthrall with a captivating display of educational-cultural programmes


 

Lucknow, December 1 : The  grand celebrations of 'AAGMAN - Unity of Hearts', an Annual Parents and Grandparents Day organized by City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus II concluded at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium today with the parents and grandparents of tiny-tots getting overwhelmed by the demonstration of multi-faceted talents of their wards. Earlier, the Chief Guest, Mr Rajiv Mishra, Regional Senior Vice President-Awadh Region, UP,  inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the gathering, he profusely praised the teaching methedology of CMS.Addressing a large gathering of parents and grandparents on this occasion, CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that unity in family creates an atmosphere for unity in society. It is necessary, therefore, for the younger generation to understand the importance of elderly people in family and give them due regards. CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi said that CMS is striving to impart an education which helps its students occupy high seats in their careers, becoming ideal citizens of the society.Rajasthani Folklore, Qawwali, All Religion Prayer, World Unity Prayer and many more were also much enjoyed by the audience and whole auditorium resounded with clapping many times. The World Parliament on 'Paradigm shift in education for a new' also attracted one and all. Principal of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II, Mrs Shameem Singh said that it is our endeavour to provide meaningful education to students and contribute to their overall development in a conducive atmosphere. She thanked the parents in the audience for their cooperation and keen interest shown in participation of the programme.

Four bright CMS scholars win Gold Medals in Mathematics competition

  Lucknow, September 23 : Four brilliant students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II namely Siddhi Dwivedi, Yati Verma, Dwani Shukla and Abhinav Verma displayed profound knowledge of mathematics and won gold medals in Abacus competition bringing laurels to their school. The competition was organized by Brain Mantra, an Abacus and Vedic Math Learning Institute. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma.
