Holistic development of students only way for profound social transformation — Dr Jagdish Gandhi

Lucknow, 11 March :  Education is the most important medium for propagating human values. When students are imparted holistic and meaningful education with human values, only then can mankind progress ahead. Without knowledge of culture and human values, education remains incomplete and can neither realize its goal nor lead to all-round development of students. These thoughts were expressed by the CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi, while addressing the parents and guardians at the Divine Education Conference of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I held at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. Motivating the students, Dr. Gandhi further said that they must aim for excellence in all their prescribed subjects and acquire material, human and divine knowledge to become a Total Quality Person.

            Earlier, the 'Divine Education Conference' was formally inaugurated by lighting the lamp of learning. On this occasion, the students of CMS Aliganj Campus I presented a number of devotional-cultural items full of divine music that mesmerized the audience. Parents were spellbound watching the wonderful Prayer Dance, World Unity Prayer, All Religion Prayer, Qawalli, Action song, Mothers' song etc. A powerful presentation of World Parliament was also appreciated by one and all. The occasion became even more joyous with the jubilant faces of the prize winners of the Annual Examination along with those who had brought name and fame to the school by winning prizes in various competitive events, cultural activities and sports etc.

            Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I, Mrs Jyoti Kashyap said on this occasion that meaningful education makes an exhaustive and powerful impact on people. At the end, Principal Mrs Shivani Singh while expressing her heartfelt gratitude to parents and grandparents, wished a bright and happy future of their children.

Outstanding performance of Akriti Singh of CMS in NEET 2024

Lucknow, June 5: Students of City Montessori School have yet again recorded huge success in the NEET Exams 2024 with as many as 96 of them securing place above the cut off percentage on the national merit list and becoming eligible for admission to top Medical Colleges of India. Among these, Akriti Singh of CMS Kanpur Road Campus scored 701 marks out of a total of 720 marks and secured All India Rank 1597 bringing laurels to the school. 18 CMS students secured 99 percentile and above marks in the aforesaid exam creating history yet again. CMS students win 124 medals including 31 golds in Singapore Maths Challenge

Lucknow, February 14 : The brilliant students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I, have brought glory to Lucknow on the international stage by winning a total of 124 medals, including 31 Gold, 26 Silver, and 67 Bronze medals, in the prestigious Singapore Maths Challenge Olympiad. This international competition witnessed the participation of 36,309 students from 22 countries.
