CMS educationists depart for Goa to participate in Cambridge Schools Conclave

Lucknow, February 15 : A four-member teachers’ delegation from City Montessori School, Lucknow, left for Goa to participate in the two-day Cambridge Schools South-East Asia Conclave being held there. The Conclave is being organized under the aegis of Cambridge International, London, U.K. in which over 700 participants from various countries are participating. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that the CMS delegation to the Cambridge Conclave comprises Mrs Sushama Rajkumar, Dean, CMS Cambridge Education; Ms Maseerah Arif, Ms Sana Shamim and Ms Manisha Chaturvedi, CMS Cambridge Coordinators. CMS educational experts will apprise the participants from various countries about the educational pattern of the institution and will present their views about training of students and teachers as per a global perspective, enhancing their creative skills and imparting a socially useful education to them that will benefit all humanity. It may be mentioned that CMS has three sections of Cambridge education at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus Extension, CMS Aliganj Campus I and CMS Rajajipuram Campus I. Educational experts and Coordinators have been especially invited for the International Conclave owing to their vast and enriching experience.

            Mr Sharma informed that the Cambridge Section running in all three CMS campuses, has created new dimensions in the ever expanding field of education making it more  proactive, personalized and globally useful. Besides developing a global outlook in the future generation, it has opened doors to immense possibilities for further advancement of skills leading to a bright future of students. CMS Cambridge section is affiliated with the Cambridge International Assessment Education (CAIE) Exam Board, which is recognized as a passport to growth and success at the international level. The Cambridge Board aims to groom its affiliated schools and teachers to make their students confident, responsible, thoughtful, creative, and conscientious.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. This competition was organized under the aegis of Rotary Elite Club, Lucknow. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity. The programme began with the school prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer.
