CMS student gets Gold Finalist Award in International Essay Competition


 

Lucknow, 10 February : Kaveri Chowdhary, a brilliant student of Class XII of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, has been honoured with the Gold Finalist Award in the Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition organized at international level. Thus, this talented CMS student has brought glory to Lucknow on the world map with her creative thinking and excellent writing. This competition was organized by the Royal Commonwealth Society of London in which students from various countries participated. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that with her exceptional writing skills, Kaveri displayed her mastery over the English language, her creative writing skills, imagination and flair for writing. She also exhibited her global thinking and universal values. While acknowledging her global and scientific vision, the Royal Commonwealth Society awarded her the Gold Finalist Award. CMS President and Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon while expressing happiness over the achievement of this promising student, wished her a bright future ahead.

            Mr Sharma informed that CMS students are not just excelling in academics, but they are also making their mark in other extra-curricular fields, bringing fame to the institution. This is solely because of holistic education imparted in CMS, which includes, besides high quality Material education, developing their skills in Human and Divine education also.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. This competition was organized under the aegis of Rotary Elite Club, Lucknow. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity. The programme began with the school prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer.
