Grand Celebration of ‘Annual Function’ by CMS Aliganj Campus I

Lucknow, 13 November : City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I, organized a grand celebration of its ‘Annual Function’ today at CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Campus Auditorium. Parents were thrilled to witness the multifaceted talents of the students, who performed enthusiastically in a variety of song and dance presentations. A large number of parents attended, cheering on their children with encouragement. Before the event commenced, CMS Founder-Director and renowned educationist, Dr. Bharti Gandhi, ceremonially inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Gandhi emphasized the importance of instilling the values of unity, peace, harmony, and the concept of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (the world is one family) in every child from an early age. She highlighted that CMS is committed to fostering these ideals both at home and school to promote global unity and peace. She urged parents to remain vigilant and proactive in nurturing the character, morals, and spirituality of future generations.

          The programme began with 'School Prayer' that filled the hearts of audience with divine love and glory followed by 'All Religion Prayer'  and 'World Peace Prayer' wherein students, holding National Flags of various countries, proclaiming 'May Peace Prevail on Earth' very effectively. Students also presented a colorful array of performances, including 'Nature's Celebration,' 'The Mystic Woodland Quest,' 'Balance and Bliss,' and 'Jungle Jumble,' which captivated the audience and portrayed a unique vision of unity, peace, harmony, cooperation, and teamwork. Additionally, the students’ impressive representation of the ‘World Parliament’ highlighted the need for establishing an enforceable international judicial system.

          On this occasion, Mrs. Jyoti Kashyap, Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I, praised the talents of the students and expressed her gratitude for the constant support from parents, acknowledging it as a key factor in the school’s success. She reassured parents that CMS is upholding their trust in providing not only excellent education but also fostering good human beings. Principal of CMS Aliganj, Mrs. Shivani Singh, stated that children thrive in an atmosphere of unity and peace, allowing for balanced development. She extended her heartfelt gratitude to parents for their active involvement in various school activities.

CMS team bags first prize in Quiz Contest

  Lucknow, 16 February : A team of three meritorious students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I comprising Tashvi Singh, Fiona Abeer Singh and Amol Gupta, brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school quiz competition based on environment and wildlife. This competition was organized under the aegis of Rotary Elite Club, Lucknow. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma. He added that students of various reputed schools participated in this prestigious quiz competition in which the CMS team emerged winner demonstrating its awareness towards the environment. CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises. On this occasion, students of the school presented a series of educational-cultural items highlighting the importance of family unity.
