CMS leads in providing meaningful and holistic Education to Students — Shri Vishak G., IAS, District Magistrate, Lucknow

Lucknow, February 27 : Addressing the parents at the 'Annual Function and Divine Education Conference' organized by City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Extension Campus at its auditorium, the Chief Guest, Mr. Vishak G., IAS, District Magistrate, Lucknow, expressed his delight that CMS is at the forefront of providing meaningful and holistic education to its students. He emphasized that meaningful education plays a vital role in the development of society, incorporating high moral values and exemplary character. He called upon the students to strive for excellence while also focusing on their social and spiritual development. He further suggested that parents and teachers should create a conducive environment for the holistic development of the future generation. Earlier, the Chief Guest, Mr. Vishak G., IAS, formally inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp.

        Welcoming the Chief Guest and other distinguished guests, CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, emphasized that CMS has always believed that education is a powerful tool for social transformation. In alignment with this belief, CMS remains committed to shaping its students into Total Quality Persons. CMS Founder-Director and renowned educationist, Dr. Bharti Gandhi, stressed the importance of maintaining an environment of moral and spiritual values at home and school, which accelerates the balanced and holistic development of the younger generation.

        At this grand function, the students of the school mesmerized the audience with a vibrant display of educational and cultural programs infused with devotion to the Almighty. The event commenced with the School Prayer, All-Religion Prayer and the World Unity Prayer. The students captivated the audience with soulful songs, dances, short skits, and various engaging performances. Through these performances, they beautifully showcased the holistic education system of the school, highlighting values, global thinking, service to humanity, and excellence. The students’ outstanding presentation of the "World Parliament" received immense appreciation from all present.

        Speaking on the occasion, Ms Manjit Batra, Senior Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Campus stated that education is a continuous and creative process. At CMS, the focus is always on fostering knowledge, quality, skills, a global perspective, and the complete development of students' inherent abilities. She expressed her gratitude to the parents for their continuous support in this endeavor. Principal, Mrs. Sangeeta Banerjee, extended heartfelt thanks to the parents for encouraging and motivating the students.

CMS students give a strong message of Family Unityon Valentines Day

Lucknow, February 14 : The 58,000 students of all 21 campuses of City Montessori School,led by their respective Principals gave a strong message of ‘Family Unity’ by celebrating St Valentine’s Martyrdom Day, as ‘Family Unity Day’. In this series, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II organized 'Family Unity Day' at its well decorated school premises.   Lucknow, January 8 : The CMS tableau to be taken out this Republic Day, on 26th January will give the message of ‘Respect for all religions’ to the general public.
