Two CMS students selected in National Defence Academy

Lucknow, 29 October : Two outstanding students of City Montessori School (CMS) have brought glory to the city of Lucknow by getting final selection in the coveted National Defence Academy (NDA) conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). These CMS students are Satvik Verma of Mahanagar Campus and Yashvardhan Singh of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II. After qualifying in the written examination conducted by UPSC, they cleared the final stages of the tough selection process including interview, group testing, officer task, psychological test, physical and social ability tests, medical test etc. and became eligible for Commission as Lieutenants in the Indian army after their training in the NDA. Lucknow, October 23 : Sombuddha Singh, a talented student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus III has been conferred the title of National Wonderkid for his outstanding performance in National Brainobrain Wonderkid Competition. Sombuddha has secured the 6th All India Rank in this prestigious competition bringing glory to the institution. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 15 October : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years.
